Awarded the piste seal of approval by the state of Tyrol, perfectly groomed pistes open up the pristine mountain world Osttirol's Defereggental. The Skizentrum St. Jakob im Defereggental offers a magnificent panorama of the mountain world with several three-thousand-meter peaks around the Großglockner and the Großvenediger at an altitude of 2.500 meters.

Unlimited fun in the snow is guaranteed here. The lifts open up a family-friendly piste area with treeless sunny slopes, rapid descents and enjoyable family slopes.

 

Good to know: The ski bus also operates in the Defereggental. All information and timetables can be found online.

6-seater chairlift Leppleskofel

Enormous added value for the Skizentrum St. Jakob i. D.: the Leppleskofel 6-seater chairlift with heated premium seats and weather hoods further enhances the quality of the Osttiroler mountain lifts. The chairlift runs from the valley station of the former Almspitz lift up to 2.683 meters, making it the highest cable car in Osttirol.
