For the crumble, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, vanilla sugar and cinnamon. Add the eggs and crumble. Add the melted butter to the flour-egg mixture and crumble again. Finally, mix the mixture again briefly with a hand mixer - this makes the crumble especially fine. Mix all ingredients for the glaze.
Place two thirds of the crumble on a greased baking tray, press down, cover with the prepared fruit, spread the curd sour cream glaze over the fruit and sprinkle with the remaining crumble. Bake the cake in the preheated oven at 180 °C for about 45 minutes.
