Our National Park Culinary Partners focus on homemade baked goods, freshly prepared from regional ingredients. Unique regional delicacies are baked according to old traditional recipes, such as "Ingsante Nigelen", "Melchermuas", "Kiachlen" and many other sweet temptations.


Some of our Culinary Partners bake their own bread to further emphasise the special flavour of their establishment, because fresh, home-baked bread without any additional chemical baking aids or ready-made mixes is a real treat - pure nature, just like the National Park Hohe Tauern!
