Mountain hiking guides are authorized to guide and attend people on mountain hikes on trails the difficulty level of which does not exceed the one of such trails which are to be marked red in accordance with the guidelines stipulated by the federal state government and at the maximum in moderately difficult trackless terrain on a commercial basis.
Furthermore, mountain hiking guides are entitled to train and instruct people in mountain hiking and to teach them respective knowledge on a commercial basis.
