Description

The Kreuzspitze is one of the loveliest viewing mountains which is accessible via the Sajatkar. Thanks to its secured areas this three-thousand metre mountain can even be scaled 'easily' if you are sure-footed and have a head for heights. The climb up to the Schernerskopf (3043 m)

proceeds via an 80m crevice (steel cable throughout). You then get to the summit via a sandy,

gravelly slope.

Difficult sections: A/B. The via ferrata route is part of a high alpine mountain tour.

The weather can change very quickly here (check your equipment!).

Equipment: Complete via ferrata equipment and helmet.
