The restaurant surprises its guests with innovative, alpine cuisine. Therefore, food that is regionally and seasonally available is used for the preparation. Ideally, they come from organic cultivation and the immediate surroundings. The herbs and fruits that grow in the garden of the Naturhotel Outside are lovingly integrated into the dishes and the bread is also baked in the hotel itself.
