‘Good things take time’ - that's why we take our time when making our cheeses. The maturing process can take several months until the cheese specialities made from the fresh mountain milk of our cows reach their full flavour and desired consistency.
We produce four types of cheese for you in our own cheese dairy: Oswalder Berggenuss, Jungspunt, Salatkönig e Eingelegter
