1.5 km from the town center, in a sunny and tranquil location, we welcome our guests and offer an ideal starting point for excursions, hikes, bike tours, or a discovery journey to the Schnabel people, of whom no one knows if they still exist... all the way to the Deferegger healing water spring, a source that emerged from the primal ocean and is unique. All of this and much more can be experienced on foot just a few minutes' walk from your holiday accommodation.

Once upon a time...
We wanted to change our lives and get away from the hustle and bustle and get closer to nature and the mountains. Berlin was our home, but we wanted to take a chance and change completely.
Three weeks in a motorhome paved the way for us and Father Luck came our way.
Ski slopes on the doorstep, a river behind the house, a hiking paradise in summer and a fossilized remnant of a sea that serves as a source of healing water not far from our house. A place that can still tell tales and myths. Of beaked men who are said to have lived here and whose traces can still be found today. Of locals who have always had to adapt to nature and have learned to live with it.
If you talk to someone about St. Jakob, they will always recommend other places. It is an insider tip and should remain so.
