Sonnseitn Klaunz 27

In the middle of the mountains, on the Klaunzerberg, you will find our holiday flat "Sonnenseitn Klaunz27". Here you can relax, let your soul dangle and enjoy a unique view of Matrei in East Tyrol.

The approx. 65m² apartment consists of a kitchen, two bedrooms, a shower and a separate toilet. We have equipped the kitchen with a cosy tiled stove, an electric stove, a dishwasher and a refrigerator, as well as all utensils that a family of maximum 4-5 people needs.

You will surely find your restful sleep in one of the typical farmer beds. Both bedrooms offer a wonderful panoramic view over Matrei and the opposite valley thanks to the balcony.

The entire apartment was last completely renovated and refurbished in 2018. In addition to the kitchen and the two bedrooms, a modern floor-level shower and a luxurious double washbasin have been installed.

In high season there is a minimum stay of 7 nights (otherwise 3) and the arrival/departure day is limited to Saturday. Check-out is until 10am and check-in Monday - Friday from 18:00 and Saturday - Sunday from 15:00.
