fil HOME - a perfect place for alpine hikers, peak conquerors, cycling enthusiasts, ski lovers, cross-country skiing champs, tobogganing enthusiasts and more. Our tranquil location offers a breathtaking view of the Spitzkofel and is just a few minutes away from Lienz and the alpine challenges.

Minimum stay: currently 3 nights, 7 nights during peak season.

CHILD DISCOUNT:

0 - 3.99 years: 90% discount of apartment rate
4 - 9.99 years: 60% discount of apartment rate
10 - 17.99 years: 30% discount of apartment rate

Check-in is possible from 4:00 PM. The key to the booked apartment can be found in a key box.

To prepare the accommodation for the next guests, we kindly ask you to vacate the apartment by 10:00 AM on the day of departure.
